Fantastic base for 1 night with very helpful and particularly friendly staff at every level. Marvellous and unbeatable location a 10-15 minute walk from British High Commission. - Very close to bars and good restaurants, including two bars on different floors.

The room we were given a free upgrade to was brand-new and clean and included cable channels, a mini fridge bar and coffee/tea making machines. The atmosphere created was quiet! The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a venerable cultural heritage museum.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kampala. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the biggest mall in the city, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with everyone being friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I also enjoyed the view from the communal areas, such as the bar and pool, which added to the overall experience.
There was one aspect of the hotel that was not up to par. The parking was extremely tight, and I ended up getting a dent on my car each time I stayed there.
